Pickup Day Instructions

BEFORE PICKUP:

• You'll receive an email with exact address and time

• Plan to arrive 10 minutes early

• Bring CASH if you have a balance due

AT PICKUP:

• Check in with our team

• Verify your package or nuc

• Load carefully and head home

• Install bees into your hive same day

IMPORTANT:

• Stops are brief (15-20 min) to protect bees from heat

• If you can't make it, send someone else (notify us first)

• Missed pickups can collect in Fargo, ND
